According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), 100 grams of cooked chayote contains 0.82 grams of protein, 4.51 g of carbs, 1.7 g of fiber, 17 mg of calcium, 12 mg of magnesium, 18 mg of phosphorus, and 125 mg of potassium.<\/p>\n
